Carrie on Last Minute Christmas Booking

As I’m writing this, November is knocking on the door and a lot of Christmas party venues are booked up already. Having said that, panicking never did anyone any good. So, rather than booking the first available venue like a headless chicken, you need to keep a clear head to make sure you get the best deal for your company at a venue that really works for you.

Now more than at any other time of year, you may appreciate the services of a professional venue finder like me. I can help you save precious time and money by using my vast industry network to source the best venue for you. Here are some of my personal top 5 faves:

New York New York

Take a trip to this winter wonderland on the theme of the Big Apple. From Manhattan Cocktails in the Cotton Club Bar to a subway ride to the Bronx, from dining in Times Square to taking in a Broadway Show, complete with entertainment, dancing and casino, it’s all you could possibly ask for.

Dickensian Christmas

Step back into Victorian times, past the Old Curiosity Shop into the Dickensian Hall for a sumptuous and very traditional Christmas Dinner. Costumed characters include the Town Crier and Scrooge, and there are festive carols and an atmosphere straight out, um, A Christmas Carol!

The Enchanted Forest

Think A Midsummer Night’s Dream meets The Chronicles of Narnia and you’re halfway there. You enter through twinkling winter branches into the undiscovered world of an enchanted forest adorned with chandeliers, hanging lanterns and woodland foliage. It’s a multisensory delight with an ethereal flair that captures all that’s magical about Christmas.

Classical Venice is the inspiration for this extravagant masquerade ball, and it’s full of decadence, danger and delight. There’s dinner, dance and entertainment and some adrenaline pumping fairground rides too.

Apres Ski

A cool Alpine wonderland, complete with roaring log fires and fur-lined seats offers the full-on experience. Dancers and acrobats perform while rich fondue and Gluhwein are served from market stalls before a 3-course dinner is served. Then dance the night away under the starlit sky.

If you’re hankering after maximum glitz and glamour but don’t quite have the resources to match, your best bet may well be a shared party, such as this multi-sensory immersive dining experience where the history of toys is brought to life under the theme of ‘The Little Treasured Toyshop’ to celebrate the true spirit of Christmas. You’ll have your own table and will join together with other companies in a big Christmas extravaganza.

They say that everything is possible at Christmas, you just have to believe. If you’re not willing to take the risk, why not instruct an experienced Christmas Fairy to make all your Office Christmas Party wishes come true?
