ePDQ employs a number of powerful techniques aimed at combating credit card fraud.

We do not store credit card numbers, and any personal information used for processing an order is kept on a server which is not physically connected to the Internet.

We do not log or store the credit card numbers.

All transactions are logged.

We log an entire site visit transaction including IP addresses to help protect our customers.

Firewalls are used to block unauthorised traffic to the servers and the actual servers are located in a secure location, which can only be accessed by authorised personnel.

All access to the servers is logged and failed attempts to access them are also logged and investigated.
