After the fantastic success of the Funny Women Charity Challenge in 2012 – we’re delighted to be bringing it back, but this time – there’s a twist. Funny Women are challenging 12 high profile men to perform stand-up for the first time in their lives and raise vital funds for charity in the meantime! All the plucky participants are raising money on behalf of their chosen charities and have been mentored by some of the loveliest ladies around - including winners and finalists of the Funny Women Awards!
The final showdown to see who will be crowned Funny Women’s ‘King of Comedy’ will take place at the beautiful Goldsmiths Hall on Thursday 13th June. The show will be hosted by former Erotic Review editor and wordsmith Rowan Pelling, and businesswoman, author and comedian Julia Streets, with a special guest appearence by 2012 Funny Women Awards winner Gabby Best.

Charles Wahab, Software Architect in the financial derivatives sector
Ian Marshall, Managing Director of Benefit Cosmetics UK
David McQueen, public speaker and trainer
Rob Barker, IT consultant
Fred Anson, Construction Director, Parcour Facilities Management Ltd
All proceeds from the night will be donated to the men’s beneficiary charities.
