Life's Kitchen Streamlines Operations with NFS Rendezvous
City based event caterer Life’s Kitchen has selected NFS Technology Group’s Rendezvous booking software to streamline operations across its multi-venue business.
Founded in 2005 by Nick Levens and Dave Pay, Life’s Kitchen Ltd provides venue management, event management and catering services at some of the most prestigious venues in London and the Home Counties.
The decision to use Rendezvous was its proven ability to provide access to customer information for sales, marketing and operational activities, using specialist built-in CRM functionality.
Integration with Microsoft desktop for e-mail capture and document management further streamlines operations for Life’s Kitchen with integral features like Mail Merge added onto the operation.
Says Liz Morgan, Head of Sales for Life’s Kitchen: “For us, the access to up to date availability via Rendezvous together with bookings, client profile and billing information instantly offers more transparency and supports better business decision making. Multi-venue capability also makes it easier to devise new business opportunities through venues cross selling space and events.”
The installation of Rendezvous as a SaaS solution by NFS has also resulted in fast deployment for Life’s Kitchen, allowing staff to instantly use and benefit from the resource, with no up front technology investment or requirement for IT expertise in-house.
Says Luis De Souza, CEO of NFS Technology Group: “Life’s Kitchen has an excellent track record in managing and marketing venues, over-achieving against commercial targets whilst remaining ever-sensitive to the history and prestige of the buildings in which it operates.”
“With the implementation of the Rendezvous as a cloud based solution, staff can instantly take to the new technology, with the backing of NFS staff if required, and Life’s Kitchen can continue to grow and serve beautiful food, sensitively sourced and wonderfully presented to even more unique venues across the City and Home Counties.”
