STK London's New 'Lip Service'

On Thursday 28th Janaury, STK London, the upscale modern steakhouse located on the Strand, will host it’s new “dinner party” themed evening - Lip Service.

Now on a Thursday STK is putting the party back into “dinner party” with a new weekly series featuring a special Magnum Champagne Special Menu, nightly shot shows and in true STK style, guests should expect an a great party atmosphere to the evening with the beautiful Jamielisa on the decks.

STK will be serving up its signature 28 day custom-aged USDA prime beef; undoubtedly the highlight of the menu, available in nine cuts ranging from feather steak to fillet, ordered according to preferred portion size. Guests have the choice of a wide range of accompaniments: decadent toppings such as black truffle, fried duck egg and grilled lobster tail and sauces varying from the classic béarnaise to the restaurant’s signature STK sauce, allowing guests to fully customise their STK steak.

To begin the meal, guests may choose from a range of starters including: seared scallops with parsnip and vanilla puree and mother sauce; beef carpaccio with smoked aioli, stuffed pepperdew and ras el hanout and STK’s signature wagyu beef Lil’ BRGs, to a selection of fresh garden salads.

An assortment of globally inspired dishes from the ‘Raw Bar’ are also available including: snapper ceviche, tuna sashimi, and smoked eel with cauliflower puree, caviar and white chocolate. In addition to steak, highlights from the mains are: pork belly with a sweetcorn doughnut, apple and cider jus, honey roasted duck breast with celeriac puree, bok choi and five spice jus and coconut fried halibut with a vegetarian option featured on the a la carte menu: kimchi broth with silken tofu, rice noodles and oyster mushrooms.

A number of interesting and creative side dishes can also be ordered to accompany the mains such as Parmesan truffle chips; heirloom tomato salad; green mango and sesame slaw and grilled creamed corn with chipotle chilli and manchego.

Desserts at STK include A Taste of the Fairground: a spectacular confection of candy floss, toffee apples and salt caramel popcorn, STK Snickers and Lego lemon mirangue pie as well as a classic cheese selection served with quince jam, fig and aniseed bread.

STK is the ideal high energy destination to with friends, fun and fantastic food. Begin an evening out with a drink at the central bar lounge before moving to the elevated dining room to experience a more formal dining atmosphere. Alternatively, make the most of the private dining room available which seats up to 28 guests and enjoy an evening in a more intimate setting.
