Thank you SO MUCH for the fantastic job you guys did at the ball. It was an absolutely phenomenal success and I've had several people who weren't even at the ball tell me that Downing's hot tubs were the talk of May Week! It looked beautiful, it ran so smoothly and it was such an unusual and fun feature to have. I don't think it'll come as much of a surprise that the hour I spent in the hot tub from 4am was the best part of my otherwise stressful night (apart from maybe the foot spa with cupcakes just after 1am...)! I would recommend Splash and Tickle to anyone planning a big event because it really did work so well and was such a special thing to have, and you and your team made it all so easy and stress-free from our point of view
