Back in June of this year, we asked our subscribers (that's you) if you were worried about NOT finding a Christmas Party venue. The overwhelming answer (nearly 70%) was "No". Clearly, you weren't that concerned about missing out on that perfect venue that has limited date availability. On closer inspection (research) the reason you gave for not being worried was that you know that London has plenty to offer both in terms of number and variety of venue/experience. A quick 'google' will tell anyone that there are plenty of options and no shortage of ideas. As we move to a more experiential preference when it comes to gatherings, London is leading the way and there's no shortage.
This week we've amassed a plethora and variety of Christmas party ideas for those of you who have still to decide what and when.
From classic hotels to rooftops, restaurants and everything in between. We hope you find something that suits you.
Devonport House
The very classy and classic Devonport House in Greenwich.
This place oozes quality, tradition, history, architecture, setting, size (breathe) and presence. Normally you wouldn't get the chance to use these historic great rooms but for Christmas, you can.
You can either take part in their smart (and affordable) Join a Party Nights or you can hire a room privately. There's plenty of choice and selection at this wonderful venue.
The Strand Palace Hotel
Since 1909 the Strand Palace Hotel has welcomed guests through its doors in a long tradition of hosting wonderful Christmas celebrations in the heart of London. From raucous parties in the roaring 20s, dances for weary Londoners and American servicemen in the war years, to late-night revelry in the swinging 60s. This year, hosted in conjunction with The 99 Club, the Comedy Christmas package has it all – dinner, dancing and award-winning comedy, all under one roof. LSO St Luke's
This doesn't happen very often. A beaut of a venue, LSO St Luke's has recently released some dates that will no doubt be snapped up.
Nestling on the edges of the City and Shoreditch is the stunning St Luke's home to the London Symphony Orchestra. Set back from the bustling Old Street, this historic building's imposing white walls conceal one of London's finest event spaces.
One Aldwych
Host an original Christmas event with a private afternoon tea party. One Aldwych's ever-popular Charlie and the Chocolate Factory inspired tea has been given a festive twist. Match it with a smoking Cocktail Charlie or a glass of Champagne for a fun festive treat.
Skyloft
This multi-layered venue has new owners and they are out to impress so you'll be sure to get VIP treatment when you hold your Christmas Party at Skyloft.
As the name would suggest, they're high up and the views are stunning (quite possibly some of the best in London...I promise).
They also have a number of different style venues ranging from the trendy Skyloft (which is decked out in the style of a warehouse), a sleek 360 which is all marble and minimalist and then you have the auditorium so if you're thinking 'end of year awards'? then this London Venue has you covered.
All their venues/spaces can be turned into whatever you want them to be so you can literally think of them as a blank canvas - just what you're after.

Pullman St Pancras
Hotels are the staple diet of events. Some say they're boring but I disagree. I think they're solid and the Pullman at St Pancras is a perfect example of style and grace with some fabulous touches of class and elegance. Yes, they have the quality dining option (what hotel doesn't?) but they can also provide flexible options for the more creative client/party.
Location is the Pullman's friend, being a 2-minute walk from St Pancras.
ITA's Livery Halls
One of London's most prestigious, historic and varied types of venues are Livery Halls. They have just about everything you need for your Christmas Party. Fucina & Black Roe
Black Roe has a fantastic private dining room that can accommodate up to 22 guests and is available for lunch or dinner reservations. At Fucina they have a more intimate semi-private chefs dining room for up to 12 guests, or larger groups could be accommodated in our beautiful main restaurant designed by architect Andy Martin, and a recent winner of the best-designed restaurant at the 2017 awards.
Curzon Cinemas
