Stationers’ Hall is a Grade I listed historic building, situated in the heart of the City of London, close to St Pauls’ Cathedral. More info...
Completed in 1673 after the Great Fire of London, it is one of the few ancient Livery Halls remaining in the City. The Hall’s interlinking suite of three opulent and characterful rooms as well as a beautiful secluded Garden makes it one of the most sought after venues. Eminently suitable for a wide range of business and social events, from breakfast meetings, AGMs and conferences to formal lunches and dinners as well as summer garden receptions. The warmth of the Hall with its stained glass windows is the perfect setting for a Christmas event. Stationers’ Hall can also be hired for filming, photography and fashion shows. The wood-panelled Stock Room leads into the Main Hall. It’s the perfect space for pre-conference refreshments or for a smaller drinks reception. The Main Hall with its gleaming oak flooring, carved oak panelling, floodlit stained glass windows and permitted use of candles lends a warm atmospheric backdrop to any memorable occasion. The Hall is one of the largest of its kind in the City of London and also boasts a Minstrels’ Gallery for up to twenty musicians. The Court Room is a wonderfully bright room, overlooking the Garden. Richly carpeted and with Rococo ornamentation in gold adorning the walls, this room has an air of sumptuous extravagance. The quiet Garden with its magnificent plane tree is a draw during the warmer months for client entertaining or a staff barbeque. Stationers’ Hall also manages the Stationers' Hub in the neighbouring church, St-Martin-within-Ludgate. These two adjoining meeting rooms are situated in the converted Gallery overlooking the striking church interior with its oak wood, stained glass windows and contemporary carvings. These are ideal for smaller meetings, conferences and training days for between 12 – 30 people. In-house, award-winning caterer Chester Boyd ensures that your guests will receive food as astounding as the surroundings in which it is served. Seamlessly blending fine traditional dishes with tantalising twists of the contemporary, the chefs create menus which brim with sophistication and elegance – the perfect match to the warmth and grandeur of the livery hall venues in which they operate. Your guests will fall in love with this elegant and historic venue !
