At the back on the venue is our beautiful walled garden, an oasis of calm hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Clapham Old Town. Served by an adjacent bar, and with comfortable seating, this outdoor space if an ideal place to retreat and hang out.
The garden is open from 12pm-9.30am 7 days a week, and is the perfect size to be hired exclusively or as an additional space when hiring the Jam Tree’s private back room, the Bookcase Bar.
Concealed behind the giant bookcase in the main bar, the Bookcase Bar is ideal place for private functions, with its own bar, a mixture of dining tables and chairs and soft seating, as well as a full size Ping Pong Table!
